Twenty One

This is driving me nuts. We’re going to Portugal, we’re going down the country, we’re doing all these things with our separate groups and cliques, but when I do things with the gays, suddenly I’m ditching my straight friends?

My twenty first is this September, and they’ll be in Portugal, but I may have my party when their back?

Eh, no. Fuck you, flights can be moved, and I’m not moving my plans around to suit you. If you’re too pre-occupied to attend, then fuck you. I fucking travelled from one end of the country to the other and back just so I could surprise one of the girls at her 19th about two weeks ago, but my twenty first has to be moved?

I think not! This is annoying me so much. Do you know what, my pride post was spot on. I’m going to involve with the gays, and show little regard for the straights when they want to do something.

I’ve plans, sorry. Something better to do tonight.

They have thousands of bars to go to, the gays have four in Dublin which cater for the LGBTQWERTY “community”. So if I kissed a boy in a straight bar, would I be teased, have a drink fucked over me? Probably, so why should they come in to our bars, and ogle the freaks? GO to the zoo. I’m looking after number one. After all, after every night out on the straight, I’ve gone home empty handed. It’s like being a diabetic in a cake shop, all looking, no touching.

I’m fuming over my twenty first. and I’m so disappointed in them. I really am, and it so hurts. Oh you may have it on the Saturday because we’ll be home?

I want it on the Thursday. I want to bring you guys to the Panti&Bunny show of a Thursday night, and then onto the George or the Dragon. Not a Saturday.

A wee clip from the Panti & Bunny show shown below. And y’all know how I hate bloggers wot YouTube on every post, and I don’t, but this i rare. Enjoy Silence of the Lambs, PantiBar Style.

Pride

Hello gays!

I’ve been thinking. A radical concept, I know, but here’s what I thought. Pride. I’m proud. Not in a rainbow flags, parading through the town like a circus, trannys chugging cheap cider at 2PM way, but in a more internal way.

I’ve carved my own niche, and I should be damn proud of it. I’ve got pride in myself and my handiwork. I went from coming out to myself, to having a massive social circle in about 2 years. And I did it myself.

I was always my brothers baby brother. That’s how people knew me in school. My brother was always two years ahead of me, and was the hero on the field, and a hit with the ladies, and I was his younger brother, pale from always being in the shadow.

But now?

I’ve swamped with things to do. One glance at the side of my facebook and it’s cluttered with invited to events. It’s like taking your pick, and I’m damn proud of that. I’ve proved to myself that I can be vaguely popular.

And why not? I’m a great guy, and why wouldn’t you want to know me?

Cocky? Me? never!

Clear?

Crystal clear. It’s over with the boy. We’re going to be just friends from now on because he wants something different than what I want, and we’re better off as friends.

I’m so disappointed. I feel like such a fool. It ruined my night, and now I can’t stop dwelling on it.

His ex, who he did the same thing to, told me to walk away a few night ago. He warned me. And I took no heed.

Oh of course I know better.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve a busy day pretending everything’s ok, and vaguebooking planned.

For those of you in the know, Urbandictionary have a definition of Vaguebooking:

“Intentional or unintentional vague or ambiguous facebook status message, which people have no clue as to what the heck you are talking about. Also included is posting fragmented song lyrics without stating the artist.”

Just friends. Always just fucking friends. Fine. It’s fine. I’m fine. Everything’s fine.

OK?

We had a table quiz in college yesterday. It was free entry with twenty quid each to the overall winners. Piece of piss, we thought.  And it was so so difficult. Who invented penicillin? What common substance is closely related to sucrose? So what do I do but whip out the mobile phone, and go to google.com

We could see one of the girls on another team had her laptop open on the floor hidden by bags, googling away too. So we snitched and had them disqualified, like good cheaters.

There were six rounds, of eight questions. Every round, we got a perfect score. forty eight out of forty eight. First prize? Oh, I spent it in H&M. It was a voucher, not cash, I was bitterly disappointed. But lovely new underwear and them gorgeous sunglasses you see above are all what I got for my effort.

Cheating pays, clearly. It also makes the world a tinted place ;)
